They’ll think you don’t value their time and you’re probably going to have unrealistic expectations and the hardest to please. nnTop 6 things you SHOULD say if you’re serious about hiring a QUALITY contractor. nn1️⃣ I know you’re very busy right now, but I’m willing to wait. 😍n2️⃣ I’ve read all your reviews and you seem like the perfect contractor for my project 😍n3️⃣ I have some general ideas of what I want, but after looking at the pictures on your website, I’m very excited to see what you come up with 😍n4️⃣ You came highly recommended by a friend of mine 😍n5️⃣ Price is important to me, but not more important than having the job done right which is why I’m interested in working with your company 😍n6️⃣ I’ve read many of the blog posts on your website and you seem very knowledgeable about the specific type of work I’m looking to have done. nn(Tip) if you can’t say any of the above about the contractor you’re scouting, chances are they’re not a contractor who provides quality work. nnWhy: Good contractors are very proud of their work and they like working with clients who recognize and appreciate the quality of their work, who won’t waste their time and who are willing to pay a fair price. nnJust because good contractors are busy right now, doesn’t mean you can’t still hire one. Just show them that you’re excited to work with them, do research upfront about the contractor so that when you contact them, they feel like you’re invested and interested in working with them. nnI hope this helps 😁...
