Do your window well covers have a warranty?

Our window well covers have a lifetime structural warranty to the original purchaser. Our warranty covers broken aluminum parts or locks and cracks in the polycarbonate cover. We do not cover cosmetic scratches and chips or any damage caused by alteration and misuse. See our full warranty here.

Are your covers safe for children, pets, and adults to stand on?

Our window well covers are manufactured with extremely durable polycarbonate, and our listed size offerings are rated to hold up to 300 pounds. We also provide a complimentary locking mechanism that gives you added peace of mind that the cover will stay in place.

Do your covers keep out water and snow?

Our covers offer the best in class weather protection for your home. Not only is each window well completely covered across the top, but they are sloped so shed water away from the house.

Do your covers provide insulation?

The polycarbonate we use for our window well covers is the same material used in many greenhouses. You will lose less heat from your basement windows with our covers installed.

How long does it take to get my window well covers?

Once we complete our measurements of your window wells and you pay 50% down on your quote, it is typically 2-3 weeks before we deliver and install the window well covers.
