Which materials are used for the spacer and seals between panes?

A continuous stainless steel spacer is used with both a butyl and silicone rubber seal to ensure that the argon gas between the panes doesn't leak out, or that moist air enters. Our glass has a .05% failure ratio after 50 years compared to the industry standard of 17% after 20 years.

What materials are used for the rollers on the Sliding windows and Sliding Doors?

Windows rollers are made of Nylon (hard Plastic that won't rust), and the Sliding Doors rollers are made of Stainless Steel Rollers with stainless steel ball bearings.

Are your windows rated for commercial installation?

Yes. VPI's Endurance and Envision series windows are rated for both low and high-rise commercial projects, meeting all 2018 International Building Code wind and water ratings for these projects.

Weather seals; quantity, type & quality of the material?

Sliding windows styles are sealed with Dual Fin Seal weatherstripping. Hinged windows are sealed with a combination of Q-lon and TPR compression seals.

Are you licensed installation contractors?

We are a state-licensed windows & doors Sales company only. We work very closely with our preferred (licensed, insured) installation contractor, All Windows Installations, or your contractor to ensure a simple and satisfactory process for our clients.
