Another Emergency furnace replacement. We remedied the improper ductwork, and restrictive 1" filter location causing very high return static pressure which resulted in premature failure of this furnace. The flex gas line inside the cabinet was also removed and the new gas line was properly installed. The new high efficiency furnace was rotated 90 degrees which allowed for a smooth transition, and 4" filter box to be installed. The new furnace is now operating within the manufacturer specifications.
