You do not have to sign a contract. Our services are for your benefit. Your personal and lawn needs can change over time. When you sign up, we will ask you to confirm the services you would like us to perform. Those services will continue from year to year until you notify us of a change or cancellation. However, once services are performed, refunds are not allowed.

With decades of experience in the Turfgrass industry, we guarantee our team is trained to perform services with best application methods and products. Sometimes the weather or equipment does not cooperate and therefore results are not as expected. For clients on a full program, we will perform complimentary service visits to achieve the expected results. That is our Healthy Grass Guarantee.

We recommend five visits through the year so we are on your property regularly to assess the needs of your lawn and treat appropriately. The amount of and type of fertilizer and weed control a lawn needs depends on the weather, soil type, and grass type. Five visits allows us to adjust the applications to provide you the best possible lawn.

Many of our treatments include organic components but are not 100% organic. At bioLawn, we prioritize environmental impact in our treatments. We use organic and natural products whenever they will produce quality results. If needed, we have a proprietary process to select safer traditional products that maximizes lawn health and achieve results.
