When is payment due?

Payments for residential jobs are due upon completion of the project. Payments for commercial and government projects are contingent upon the organization and its payment process.

Do I need to be present during the job?

If you prefer to be there, we welcome you to watch at a safe distance. However, we do not require you to be physically present, since all the details concerning your project will be collected and given to your assigned field crew before they begin the job.

Do you provide free mulch deliveries?

We no longer provide mulch deliveries. However, if you would like the chippings that were generated from your own trees, then we would be happy to leave them on your property. If you are interested in having free mulch delivered to your property, we recommend registering with Chip Drop to have a participating local tree service company deliver mulch.

Will you provide us a bid on a prevailing-wage government project?

Absolutely! We assist prime bidders for government projects all throughout the year and would be happy to provide you with a quote. To help with the bidding process, our company is also ELBE and VOSB Certified.
