What is design build?

The design-build remodel method means that one company provides the design and construction services, all under one roof. Kowalske has in-house designers and a construction crew.

How long does it take to remodel a bathroom?

Generally, it takes 4-8 weeks to remodel a bathroom. For projects that are more complicated and involve moving walls, mechanicals or structural issues, it might take longer.

Can you help me design the space and pick out materials?

Yes, we have in-house designers who will create a functional and beautiful design for your home. Additionally, your personal designer will coach you through the material selection process while keeping your budget and style in mind. Our showroom carries cabinets, sinks, tile, flooring, countertop materials, vanities, plumbing fixtures, hardware and more. We take care of ordering all of your materials and ensuring they are on-site when your project begins.

Do you oversee the construction?

Yes, you will have a dedicated Project Manager and Customer Experience Manager to oversee the project schedule and construction. Your Project Manager will ensure the project finishes on time and on budget. Your designer will work closely with your Project Manager to ensure the success of your project.

Can you help me with this?

Yes, we can replace your counters. Typically, countertop replacement includes removing the old counters and installing new countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet. Contact us to get an estimate.
