Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we provide an over the phone estimate based on the services requested and then a full evaluation on the date of service performed by your technician. This is a no obligation process and ensures you know the full cost of your project up front before you commit.

Do you move our furniture and personal items?

We ask all of our clients to move small personal items as we do not want to risk anything being broken. We will move some furniture items such as sofas upon request. For more details, please contact us.

What should I do with my pets while you are working?

We ask that your pets be secured in an area outside of where we are performing work. If this is not possible, we will coordinate with you to come up with a plan to move the pet from room to room as we work. Pets should never be let loose while we are working in your home. Our equipment hoses will leave your door slightly ajar, and we do not want your pets to get out.

Can you help with pet urine odors & stains?

We can treat for pet urine and stains. Many factors come into play as to how effective these treatments will be. For example, female cat urine is much harder to eliminate then male. We suggest you contact us to have a technician come out and inspect these situations for you in person.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on our cleaning services. In the event you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, we will reclean for you at no charge to ensure satisfaction. See our guarantee for more details.
