We can provide most residential cleaning estimates over the phone and these estimates are free. If we need to schedule an in person visit, there is a non-refundable $99 trip fee that can be applied to your first cleaning when you proceed with service.

We do light furniture moving. We will move coffee tables, end tables, dining room chairs, etc. as long as they are free and clear of all electronics and/or breakable items. We are unable to move beds, armoires, hutches, sectionals, etc.

All unnecessary items must be picked up from the service area (i.e. shoes, clothes, towels, kids toys, pet beds, etc.) and all pets and children should be kept outside of the workspace for the duration of the job. All breakable items and electronics must be removed from furniture that will be moved for the cleaning. Any piles of pet feces MUST be picked up prior to arrival. Our technicians will NOT pick up and discard of pet waste. If you are not ready upon our arrival there will be a $99 trip fee and your appointment will be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in being prepared for the service.

We do prefer if you can be there to do the initial walk through with the technician. However, sometimes that is not possible and we can make accommodations accordingly. If you are unable to be present, then we do require payment after we arrive and do the initial inspection, but before we begin the cleaning service. And of course, the technician needs to have a way to enter the property and permission from the property owner to enter.

Unlike the competition's long dry times, our typical dry times are within 4-8 hours, depending on the condition of the service area and the temperature of the environment.
