How much will it cost to clean my house?

Houses are unique. Therefore, we tailor your price to several factors including: square footage, floor types, number of pets, number of residents, etc. We can schedule a free, no-obligation appointment in order to provide you a quote. Are Courteous Maids clients obligated to sign a contract?

No, clients are contract free, meaning that they may cancel the recurring cleaning service at any time. Courteous Maids reserves the same right at any time.

Will you come on the same day and at the same time for each cleaning?

While we can commit to the same day or days of the week, we cannot fully guarantee the same time due to traffic conditions and other inconvenient incidents that may occur. However, we will try to establish a time frame to better serve you.

Do I need to be at home or at my commercial area during the cleanings?

You can trust our honest team to perform the cleanings without your supervision. Most of our clients are not at home when our crews arrive. However, if you are at home, please remember that our staff is trained with a specific method designed for efficiency and to save time and maximize performance for a better cleaning service. Please do not turn on stoves or fireplaces during the cleaning period and be aware of slippery floors. During winter and summer, we ask that temperatures in your home be moderate for the best results from our cleaning services and supplies (72 degrees or so).
