Reality Source is family owned and operated and have been busy at cleaning houses and commercial buildings in the Cleveland, OH area since 2007. We are a professional and uniformed cleaning service which can take care of all of your maid services and cleaning needs. You always have access to our main office to discuss your professional cleaning service.

What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?

We treat your home and office as if it was our own and accidents rarely occur. If they do, and because we are fully insured, claims can be filed when appropriate and anything that is damaged will be repaired or replaced.

Am I liable for worker's compensation, insurance or employment taxes?

No. Reality Source is a simple, worry-free home cleaning service solution. Personal liability with regard to work-related injury and social security taxes are all handled through our own offices.

How do I pay?

Payments for residential and commercial cleaning services are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service. You can pay by leaving a check made payable to Reality Source Cleaning, or we do accept credit cards which we can keep on file for your convenience. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

How much does it cost to have my home cleaned?

Reality Source customizes cleaning per your needs and the size of the home and frequency of the cleaning schedule you arrange, so costs will vary. Specialty add-on services such as refrigerator and oven cleaning are also available options for your consideration. We are flexible and will work with you to arrange a cleaning schedule that is within your budget.
