On a standard job, lead time is about 6 to 8 weeks from when we have all the selections and designs finalized, with deposits paid, customer sign-off, etc. Please note the larger the job, the more time it may take to get through production. If it is just a cabinet, single vanity, or a small project, we can typically turn it around in as little as a couple of weeks.

Ketchup, vinegar, mustard, or other common kitchen items are surprisingly damaging to the surfaces of cabinets and countertops. We exceed KCMA standards of quality that measure and grade our durability with these things along with weight capacity standards. We use Conversion Varnish for all of our finish coatings. Conversion Varnish is a two-part system that is exceptionally durable and exceeds the KCMA standard of quality.

To clean your Quartz countertop, use a mix of warm water and mild dish soap. Unlike Granite or other natural materials, Quartz is largely stain-resistant because it is not porous; therefore, it does not absorb spills. If you happen to come across a persistent mark that soap and water cannot take out, use a glass cleaner and a nonabrasive sponge. Quartz countertops do not need to be sealed. A permanent seal is created during fabrication.
