In certain instances a licensed architect or engineer is required when structural changes are made and can be arranged directly through Amazing Spaces. For those projects that include adding space to your home a licensed architect is necessary and Jason would be happy to recommend an appropriate professional to fit your needs.

Although there are always exceptions the average amount of time usually ranges between 4-8 weeks. This time table depends on the complexity of your design, the level of detail, your ability to make decisions, and your availability to schedule meetings. Jason never likes to rush the design process but has completed a project in as little as two weeks. On the other end of the spectrum, some projects have stretched over a year.

Our design retainer ranges depending on the scope and complexity of the project as well as the level of design service selected. This is reviewed and accepted by the client in advance. The design fee (in part) may be applied to the purchase of cabinetry from Amazing Spaces.
