How much will it cost to build a deck?

The cost of a deck depends on many different variables. One is the type of material used such as trex composite or pressure treated wood. It also depends on how big the deck is, the amount of customization in the design, and the height of the deck.

Do I need to provide the materials for the deck?

Typically all materials are included in the quoted price along with labor to make it as simple as possible for the clients. However, accommodations can be made if clients would like to buy materials themselves. For example, if the client has store discounts or other perks they can be used to ensure the client gets the best deals.

What if the ground isn't level?

This is not a problem. Non-level ground can be accommodated for when installing the posts and support structure to ensure the deck is level and secure.

Are you licensed?

Mccraw custom builders is a registered llc and verified business with the state of north carolina. Mecklenburg county does not offer licenses specific to deck building businesses.

What is your payment structure?

Quotes for the job are provided for free. If the client would like to move forward, 50% of the quoted price and a signed contract is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected at the time of job completion.
