The main thing is price compared to how urgent your need is. Acadian Hydrojet gets calls from customers not ready to complete the job simply because they do not feel the urgency of it is equal to the price. Our services are mostly directed towards emergency clogs and issues. We strive to keep our prices low, knowing when these issues arise most are not ready to pay extremely high prices and they are already dealing with the issue at hand. How Long Did It Take?
Customer contacted me at 8 pm and stated she had a blockage. She was home alone with 2 young kids and a neighbor poured ammonia down her drain line. She stated none of her drainage was working, the smell was becoming over whelming and she needed it resolved as soon as possible. I proceeded to her location and within 30 minutes of my arrival her drains were back flowing. I cleaned up the trash that came through from the line backing up. Within 45 minutes of my arrival I was out of her door and she was back to her normal routine.
