FAQs

What is a tree root invasion and how can I prevent it?

A tree root invasion is when a tree root begins to grow inside of your pipelines. This happens when a weakened part of your line has a leak that attracts surrounding vegetation to begin growing inside of the crack. Tree root invasions are problematic as they create serious clogs and expand the damage of your already weakened line.

If I leave a leak, will it get worse?

If you know you have a leak, putting off a repair will cost you serious money and time in the future. Corrosion will expand the weakened area and even make the water harmful to drink and use. In addition, tree roots and other surrounding vegetation will be attracted to your leak and begin growing inside of it, expanding the leak and causing additional damage to your property.

When should I get my pipes serviced?

It is recommended to schedule professional maintenance for your plumbing system every year. However, if they are older or acting unusual, you should get them looked at more frequently.

What is a camera inspection?

A camera inspection is the most modern and innovative way to inspect your pipelines. This service involves inserting a small, water-proof, camera into your pipelines from an existing access point. These cameras are navigated throughout your lines by one of our trained technicians. Live footage that is recorded by the camera is then fed back to the technician who can zoom in on anything suspicious or unordinary. Once the inspection is complete, our team will give you an accurate diagnosis and suggest any necessary repairs.

What is hydro-jetting?

Hydro jetting is a popular trenchless cleaning method that is environmentally friendly, safe, and efficient. This service is the most reliable drain cleaning method in the industry and is used in both maintenance and repairs to clear your pipes of grease clogs, tree root intrusions, waste build-up, and mineral deposits and tuberculation.
