If you're noticing that the bulbs in your exterior fixture are burning out way too quickly, there could be a few different reasons for it. One of the most common causes is a power surge in your home or building, which can cause premature failure due to excessive heat build-up within the bulb itself. Another potential reason is that you are using low-quality bulbs or non-brand name bulbs. While these might seem like they offer more value, they often don't stand up to the quality and performance standards set by leading brands. If you want your outdoor light fixture to keep working properly, it's best to stick with brand name bulbs, and buy ones labeled as 130 volt rated bulbs instead of 120 volt rated bulbs - this can help keep them from burning out too quickly. Additionally, make sure to check your circuit breaker every once in a while in order to identify any potential issues related to power surges that could be causing these problems. With regular maintenance and attention to detail, you should be able to get the most out of your light fixtures and keep them running smoothly for years to come!
