We received the BEST service this morning! Las Tortillas Mexican Restaurant delivered piping hot breakfast! They must wake up at 3am in order to have a breakfast delivered to us at 6:15, they are always early and the food is always amazing. Maleku Coffee beautifuly displayed the most delicious hot and cold coffee options for us. Not only did Roberto (owner) have everything all set up and ready to go early, he hung out and helped with coffee questions, crafted concoctions, and best of all, shared his huge smile! He also went above and beyond by helping with the food Buffett and cleaning up! A+++ service! It’s ironic because part of the message for this meeting was, how can we deliver GREAT service? What “policies” (we hate that word) do we have that just plain old suck? How can we use technology to make our services more convenient? That begs the question… what does good service look like to you? What qualities are most important in the company/person you’re choosing to take care of your home?
