FAQs

What is your pricing for a custom build?

This is a loaded question that can vary drastically. The price is highly dependent on the layout/design, products installed and the size/type of van. For a general starting point, in the smaller wheelbase vans like the Promaster 136 high roof, our typical builds start around $55k+. Final price would be discussed individually.

How do you power your builds?

We use the Goal Zero Yeti Power Stations to power all of our builds. We love the plug and play options that Goal Zero offers and we are able to use all options of solar, shore power, and alternator charging! We have done builds with power station sizes from the 1500X to the 6000X. Thats up to 560 ah of battery power! For more information on Goal Zero, visit their website at: www.goalzero.com

Do you build indoor showers?

We currently do not build indoor showers. We do provide a portable Hike Crew or Camplux water heater/shower kit in every build though! We may be in the works to incorporate some sort of temporary shower set up in a future build, so stay tuned for that.

Do you add hot water heaters?

Not at the moment. We are currently trying to find the best option for hot water. The Bosch is compatible with the Goal Zero, but it does consume quite a bit of power, so we are looking into other options for potential use in the future!

Can I buy a van that you're currently building?

Yes! Majority of our sales are spec vans that we build and sell to a customer. This is a transaction where we buy the van, complete a build and put the van up for sale. If at any point in the process of building someone would like to claim the van and put a deposit down, we have done that many times!
