What's better than a Michigan summer on the lake? We're thrilled to share this project on Cedar Lake in Marcellus, MI that we recently completed just before Memorial Day. Our clients approached us looking to replace an aged wooden deck that lacked functionality in its design. We produced 3-D renderings of the new space which included a High Format Kodah retaining wall in the Limestone color to elevate a new 700 square foot Unilock Beacon Hill Flagstone paver patio in the Fossil color. We installed a double Unilock Copthorne paver border in the Basalt color as an inlay and framed it in with an additional border using Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth small rectangles in Fossil. In addition to the new raised patio, we installed a low voltage lighting system to enhance night life around the new Breeo X24 smokeless patina fire pit. A High Format Grand Ledge block wall with adjacent High Format Empire steps in the Limestone color were also installed for easy access down to the new lakeside patio space. New beach sand completed the project. We are thankful for wonderful clients and incredible projects like this to design and build.
