Where do you build?

We specialize in custom home building in Idaho-on homesites located in Caldwell, Idaho, but build throughout Treasure Valley. Contact us for more details on the coverage area. We have real estate partners in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Marsing who can help you find the perfect land.

How long does it take to build a home?

Construction usually takes three to five months after we receive all building permits. The timeline of custom home building in Idaho will depend on the size of the home, modifications to the house plan and the design selections as well as the weather.

Can I bring my own floor plan?

Absolutely! However, many floor plans found online lack the detail required to meet local building codes which may affect your timeline. If you have a plan you would like to use, we have design and drafting partners who can work with you to redraw plans to ensure a high-quality result.

Do I have to figure out financing and permits?

No! Idaho Impact Homes will help guide you through the financing and permitting process. A deposit equalling 25 percent of the price of the home will fund most of the construction.

What construction warranties do you offer?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all workmanship starting the day of the final walk-through. In addition, many manufacturers offer warranties on builder materials like flooring, siding, roofing, windows and appliances.
