We guarantee the client with a regularly scheduled, recurring clean the same day, time and crew. Some caveats apply which include prior client approval, crew sickness, crew member time off, client-initiated schedule modifications, weather delays, acts of god or employment status of the crew member.

Discounts are available to those customers who allow us to visit a little more frequently. All regularly scheduled cleans of every two weeks and less are offered a 10% discount from our area base price.

We wish we didn't have to say this, we really do, but the answer is; it depends. Every house has a different base level of cleanliness and gets a uniquely tailored approach. Our Client Care Manager will schedule your 1:1, in-home visit around your schedule and offer you and your home a custom quote where we present you your options and, if needed, value engineering to achieve your goals. Your quote is your quote. If we go over, we accept the cost. If we go under however, we bill you less. You know, just as it should be!

After your job, you will be sent an emailed invoice with a payable link attached where payment cards are happily accepted (with no additional fees.) If you wish for us to automatically charge your card in the future, that can also be arranged by opting in on your first invoice. Please note that all invoices are due upon receipt. Payments not received after 7 days will have a $25 charge attached to the original invoice. Because we are not in the collection business, at 30 days, we refer accounts to our third-party provider.

Cleaning your home is our primary duty. We focus on that and doing it really well. From time to time, however, we want to remain your go-to and, schedule permitting, we can work on some special requests.
