How long does the Restoration Process take?

It depends on the severity of the damage to the structure and the extent of hidden secondary damage. A typical clean water source dry out process usually takes 3-5 days.

How much does 4PRO Restoration charge?

While no two jobs are exactly the same, our prices are standard for the industry, and we use the same pricing software that most insurance companies do. Most of our services are covered under your standard home insurance policy. We will work with self-paying customers to strive to negotiate fair pricing based on scope of loss. 4PRO offers financing along with veteran and senior discounts.

Can you work with my insurance adjusters to settle my claim?

Yes. Our extensive knowledge of the insurance and restoration industry allows us to work efficiently together, without having the client pay out of pocket. We provide the necessary reports required by insurance companies to help settle the claim. Coverage is determined on a per policy basis and adjuster review.

Is mold toxic?

While mold exists everywhere, it sometimes takes on a dangerous form. The scientific name for the greenish-black mold that turns up on carpet, wallpaper, and ceiling tiles is Stachybotrys Chartarum or Black Mold. It produces a mycotoxin that causes mycotoxicosis, and is thought to be the cause of Sick Building Syndrome (SBS).
