Do you do other work other than roofing?

Yes. We are a turnkey restoration and construction company. We also do gutters, fences, sheetrock, interior and exterior painting, insulation, radiant barrier, floors, granite, windows, fencing, and more.

How long does it typically take to complete a full roof replacement on a home?

S.W.A.T. Roofing can complete most homes in 1 day. However, in some cases, the home may be a little larger, steeper, or higher than usual which may require extra safety precautions and slightly slow down the process to 2-3 days depending on those variables.

What if my roof is not stable enough for a technician to climb on?

No problem. S.W.A.T. Roofing will proudly perform a professional drone inspection of your roof so we will not actually have to climb your roof. When the inspection is complete, we will provide you with all pictures and videos that were taken along with a report of any areas of concern if necessary.

How will I know what you are looking at on my roof?

S.W.A.T. Roofing will take pictures and videos of your roof during our inspections. We will provide you with that information along with an explanation of any areas of concern if necessary.
