Value Added Product was exceeded with proper professional R-38 insulation, not collapsible chain store material that only lasts a couple years. Overall our VAR was a great investment in our property and health. We rate Arctic Sprayfoam Insulation our Tesla rating (innovative and value retention). We recommend ASI add a generator to their arsenal to overcome older houses without grounded outlets. We WILL be hiring Arctic Sprayfoam Insulation for our other review properties.
