Should you have pavers or a driveway that was done recently and still want the dumpster placed in the driveway, we always suggest our customers provide wood board or sheets of wood in which to place the front and rear wheels on. Also, the dumpsters are often times too large to fit in a driveway and must be placed on the street. We can also place them in your backyard, front yard or other space. Just let us know where you want the dumpster to be placed. We are not responsible to any damages done to the driveway.

In this case, you will be charged a dry run fee of $150. Please be sure that the areas in front and behind the dumpster are free and clear. The trucks require a lot of space to back in and remove the dumpster.

You will have to contact the HOA before you get a dumpster to ask them what you need in order to rent one. They will tell you. Otherwise, you may be fined if you don't do that first, and end up paying for a dumpster you can't use before you are allowed to use one. Always ask and be sure beforehand.
