FAQs

Do you give free estimates?

Yes, we provide a free estimate, although, in our world, we refer to that as a project investment window. Many people use the term estimate in lieu of final price or cost. When pricing a custom project, a true comprehensive fixed price contract can only be obtained once a finished plan has been designed, exact materials to be used have been specified, and the labor involved to complete the work proposed has been calculated.

How much does it cost to remodel?

There are three main variables that collectively determine the final cost of a project: The size of the room or space to be remodeled, scope of work (how involved the project will be), and the amount and quality of product that is selected. While the size of the space remains constant, many adjustments can be made to the other two areas. We recommend that you schedule your complimentary in showroom consultation with one of our skilled designers so that we help you define the parameters of your project, only then can we honestly propose an investment that is realistic for your project. In the meantime, Remodeling Magazine publishes their cost vs. value report that collects regional data from homeowners of completed remodeling projects. This could be used to establish a bench mark for your proposed project.

How long does a remodel take?

Many factors play into determining the longevity of a project. A kitchen remodel may be as straight forward as new cabinets and countertops or can be as involved as relocating interior walls, plumbing, and electrical circuits. Since each project varies greatly in size, complexity, and jobsite conditions, it is best to have one of our trained remodeling professionals assess your distinct project requirements to give you a realistic time frame.

Do you use sub-contractors?

Premier Kitchen and Bath takes pride in its team of highly skilled craftsmen and the established relationships we have built with trusted trade partners. Our hybrid approach has allowed us to consistently deliver exceptional project quality, timeliness, and customer experience.

Do you provide full services?

Yes. Premier employees degreed designers, administrative staff, Project Managers, and seasoned professional tradesmen that can take your project from concept to completion.

Listed for homeowners in and around Mesa, AZ, these 24 companies take on multi-trade work, from a single addition to a whole-floor renovation. What each one says about licensing, hours and the work it takes on comes from its own website; ratings and quotes come from public reviews.

Area overview: Mesa, AZ

All 24 companies we list here are in Mesa itself. We have 77 companies in Mesa on file; this page shows the highest-rated 24. The companies on this page are rated from 4.0 to 5.0 across 1,498 reviews; 9 have 50 or more reviews and 17 are rated 4.5 or higher. When customers rate these companies on specific qualities, they most often praise quality (92%), professionalism (91%) and responsiveness (81%). The topics that come up most in reviews of the companies on this page are "price", "cleanliness" and "communication". 1 is open around the clock; 5 are open on Saturdays and 3 on Sundays. 10 show a license on their websites; 1 lists staff certifications (GAF) and 10 have a BBB rating of A or A+. Domain records put 17 websites of the companies on this page at ten or more years old; the oldest dates from 1997. 2 offer emergency call-outs; 3 offer financing or payment plans; 9 give free estimates; 7 are family- or locally-owned and 3 list coupons or special offers. We count these figures across the companies on this page; hours and prices change, so confirm the details with the company before you book.

Do any of these companies quote without charging?

The free estimate promises less on a multi-trade job, and it is advertised by 9 of the 24 companies here. Free normally buys a walk-through and a ballpark figure. A real price takes measuring, subcontractor pricing and desk time, so design-build firms often charge for that stage and credit it against the work if you sign.
