What size dumpster do I need?

This depends on the project. Most bathroom renovations or small kitchen renovations typically use a ten yard dumpster. Tile roof demolition generally requires a twenty or thirty yard dumpster. Forty yard dumpsters are used for light debris, tree branches, etc. Please call us so we can assist you in choosing a size that is right for your project. Coastal Container Size Chart

Can I leave the dumpster in the street?

In most cases the answer is no. However, in gated communities and cul-de-sac properties the home owner association may allow you to place the dumpster in the street for 8 hours. In this situation we will deliver the dumpster in the morning and pick it up before the close of business the same day, and we will provide safety cones.

Do I need to be there when the dumpster is dropped off?

No. When you order your dumpster, we can discuss where you would like the dumpster placed on your property and can arrange payment over the telephone. If you are not on site at the time of drop off, we only require a telephone number in case we need to contact you at the time of delivery.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

We are flexible and will tailor a time span to your specific needs. If your project runs over a few days, there is no need to worry, just call us. On most small projects, dumpsters are typically on site for 4 days to 2 weeks. For bigger renovations or builds, dumpsters can remain on site for 2 weeks to a month.

Can I drop off yard waste and rubbish at your facility?

Yes, we are here to help you dispose of your unwanted debris. Calling ahead is not necessary, but may help us serve you more quickly. Feel free to call the site you plan to visit ahead of time. Our site phone numbers are listed on our contact page.
