Is there a deposit to begin the landscape design process?

During your complimentary consultation, we will provide general design and layout ideas verbally. The Palo Verde, Saguaro, and Acacia packages include 3D video designs at no additional cost. For custom design projects, landscape pricing for 3D and/or 2D CAD designs typically range from $250 to $1,500. We will credit back design costs up to $1,000 on your final invoice. To start the process, a 50% design fee deposit is required.

What does my design plan include?

Our services include 3D Video Design, 3D Still Images, and 2D CAD Drawings. We will tailor your design plan to match your specific scope of work and preferences.

Do you handle HOA approval, and what is the timeline?

The homeowner is responsible for filling out and submitting their HOA required paperwork. The Yard Stylist is pleased to offer assistance in answering questions to aid in the submission process and can provide samples if mandated by the HOA. Response times for landscaping review by HOAs may vary, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks.

Will You Discount My Landscape Pricing if I Pay Cash?

Our company does not offer discounts for cash payments, as we transparently document and properly report all income received to fulfill our tax obligations with integrity. We caution against landscape companies offering cash discounts, as lack of payment documentation could also present issues for you down the road.
