“Our property was literally a blank canvas after the disaster and he not only listened to what we wanted but came back with suggestions and design we are currently implementing.”
FAQs
Do you charge a consultation fee?
Yes, we charge a $300 consultation fee for your first site visit with one of our lead landscape designers. This includes a comprehensive walk-through of the design, including sharing ideas and gaining feedback on the overall desired look of the project.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, we charge a $100 same-day cancellation fee. Please notify the office or your landscape designers at least one day before your appointment if you need to cancel for any reason. The fee may be waived for emergency situations.
How much is the designer involved after the design process?
Our landscape designers are definitely available to oversee the installation of your project following the design process. Site visits and consultations with your contractor, upon your agreed request, can ensure your yard will truly meet all of your expectations.
If I want a pool in my yard, should I contact a pool company before contacting your team at Hall Landscape Design?
No, always contact our team of landscape designers first. The design of your pool is going to be an integral part of your yard. Because of this, it needs to be balanced with all the other elements in your design to ensure your yard flows for aesthetics, placement, and practical use.
Do I need a permit for any of the things that I want to put in my yard?
Great question! Your landscape designers can usually answer this for you when discussing your installation project. However, if you want to do some research now, a fantastic website you can go to to find out about permits for your particular project is www.permitservices.com.
