What if i'm not sure what I want?

Our estimators are trained to help guide you through the process. We also work directly with several landscape designers, architects and engineers for projects that involve more attention to detail.

Do you use subcontractors?

We perform almost all of our projects in-house. There are a few exceptions to that, such as gas lines, high-voltage electrical work and a few others things but, generally speaking, you will have Keystone employees on your project from start to finish.

Once construction starts, what is it like?

We have several crews. When our crews start a project, it is the only project they are working on. They do not have other clients or places to be. They will be on your project, and your project only, every day until completion. Each crew has a dedicated foreman who is in charge of the project and will be able to meet with you as often as you would like to answer questions, talk about changes, etc.

Do you provide maintenance services post-installation?

Yes, we offer a range of post-installation maintenance services to ensure your landscape remains in pristine condition. From regular upkeep to seasonal care, our team is equipped to handle all your landscaping maintenance needs.

How do you ensure the safety of my property during the landscaping process?

The safety and security of your property are paramount to us. We take all necessary precautions, use state-of-the-art equipment, and follow industry best practices to ensure minimal disruption and maximum safety during the project.
