The work is often in a difficult environment and you must be willing to work in cold/hot temperatures as well as dirty/wet environments and working at heights. This is a demanding job.nnJob tasks include:nnPreparing mortar and cement mixesnPreparing and cleaning up job sitesnHelping complete repair and restoration worknOperation of power grinders, saws, pressure washers, drills, and other power toolsnGrinding of mortar, concretenDrilling concrete, mortar, masonry unitsnWorking with cement and mortarsnWorking with and from scaffolding and laddersnHelpful but not required:nnExperience working in construction or landscapingnSafety training in construction or industrial environmentsnExperience with power tools and heavy equipmentnExperience with scaffoldingnRequirements:nnReliable transportation and valid driver's license is a must for travel to metro Kansas City area projects.nThe work required a high level of dexterity and the ability to lift heavy weight (80lbs.) on a regular basis.nWillingness to participate in random drug testing.nLegal to work in the US.nProvide your own work clothing and boots that meet safety and policy requirements...
