Moving is labor-intensive work, and even though our movers perform exceptionally well, they are still human. The movers are entitled to a 10-minute rest break for every hour worked, and a 30-minute lunch break after 4 hours of service. The break and lunch time taken by the crew will count as time worked. All rest breaks and meal periods will, at the very least, comply with California labor laws.

We can relocate plants locally; however, due to the heat that can build up inside the truck, we cannot assure that they will arrive in a healthy state. Additionally, considering the fragility of many outdoor terracotta pieces, fountains, statues, and planters, we cannot guarantee against breakage. Unfortunately, we are unable to transport plants across state lines.

We do not move; combustible liquids, corrosives, explosives, flammables, compressed gases, perishable goods or pets. Addtionally, Ontrack Moving reserves the right not to move any item that cannot be moved safely.

Regrettably, due to liability reasons, licensed moving companies are unable to transport customers in the moving truck. However, you can easily organize a ride with a friend, use a cab service, or rely on Uber for transportation on moving day.
