In California, overtime is defined as any time worked after 8 consecutive hours in a workday, and it is calculated at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. Overtime is also applicable for moves conducted outside of regular business hours in all other states.

When applicable, the trip charge or travel fee covers for the times it takes the crew to travel from and to the place of buisness since the movers are compensated on an hourly wage from the time they clock in until they clok out. The trip fee is added to the minimum of hours provided or when applicable, to the total time it takes to complete the move

Furniture must be emptied prior to moving. Ontrack Moving is not responsible for anything left inside, as items could potentially fall during the moving process. Please note that we do not recommend removing drawers

You can file a claim in writing via email or by completing the form on our 'Contact Us' page. Please provide a brief description of the item and indicate the location of the external damage. Include your full name, moving date, confirmation number, and the best way to reach you. Please also attach pictures that show close-ups of the damage, serial numbers or model numbers, and an image that captures the entire piece, even if the damage isn't visible. Upon receiving your email, we will respond with a receipt confirmation. We may request additional pictures or information to facilitate the claim process. Please note that the finalization of any claim may take up to 60 days.
