What types of lawn programs do you offer?

We offer three lawn care programs to ensure the best possible results for your property. Select the program that fits you best: Basic Lawn Care, Premium Lawn Care, or Soil Smart Lawn Care. It all starts with the soil, which is why our lawn care programs include a free soil analysis. The soil test results will help us better understand the health of your soil and if you have any soil deficiencies.

Do I need to be home for my first lawn care service?

You can be home for your first visit; however, it is not necessary for you to be home for us to complete your service successfully. If you would like to be present to discuss your property layout or specific areas of your property for our team to avoid, for example, Gardens, Gates, Fences, or Ponds, you most definitely may do so.

What should I do if I have questions about a completed lawn service?

We understand that questions may arise after your service is complete. Our team is here to support you every step of the way. Please get in touch with your account manager or our client services support. We take pride in building relationships with our clients and encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns.

How often will you treat my home?

Our quarterly pest control program includes three warm-weather visits during the spring, summer, and fall- consisting of thorough inspections and treatments to the exterior of your property and exterior rodent control. You will also receive one winter visit, which includes an interior assessment and treatment for covered pests and other possible problem areas in your home (attic, basement, garage, shed, and food storage areas.) We spend more time working on the exterior of your home during the warmer months, thus eliminating pests before they enter.

How short should I mow my grass?

You should set your mow height to 3-4 inches; this will help against weed and crabgrass germination because it allows for a denser lawn. Refrain from mowing your lawn too short because it will cause stress to the grass plant, especially during the hot summer months. Short mowing could lead to lawn disease, insects, and an increase in weed growth. In the fall and winter months, you can reduce your mowing height to 2 inches to reduce the possibility of snow mold.
