Shareholders pay a monthly Member Assessment and are responsible separately for real estate taxes. Homeowners pay a monthly Homeowner rent that includes 24 hour manned gatehouse entry and real estate taxes. General items covered for all residents are waste and recycle pick up, maintenance and landscaping of all common areas within the Park including access to all of the Amenities.

The Management Office is overseen by the Community Association Manager (CAM). The Office staff is responsible for many behind-the-scenes items including working with the Board of Directors, daily operations of the Park, bookkeeping, facility issues, as well as many other administrative duties. The CAM also oversees the Maintenance Department and the Sales Office. The Office staff is available to assist residents as needed and always ready to answer any question. The on site Sales Office staff are available to assist in finding the perfect home at Old Bridge Village Co-Op. They also assist in selling your Old Bridge Village home. Since they are on site they have expertise to walk you through the ins and outs of the real estate process from beginning to closing for a Co-op. Yes within our two designated pet sections, known fondly as Paw Paw and Dog Patch. Only dogs, cats, birds, and fish in an aquarium are allowed. The maximum number of approved pets (dogs and cats) allowed in a home is three (3) in total; only two (2) dogs permitted per home. Pets must be immunized and licensed in compliance with the Lee County Animal Control Ordinance.

Several homes are located on the water and have a boat dock. For houses without a boat dock, the Private Marina offers docks which may be leased for one year for a fee. In addition there is a boat ramp available for Resident use. The deep water canal allows boaters entry to the Caloosahatchee River which offers no-bridge access to the Gulf of Mexico.

The Park has several Long Term Parking spots to allow parking for recreational vehicles such as RVs, boat trailers, and campers. The spaces may be leased for one year for a fee; on a space available basis.
