It has happened where a member was in the Proactive tier but then felt they really could benefit from the Companion tier. Once you let us know we will work to get that changed.

All staff are required to sign legal documents that ensure they understand the law and protect personal information appropriately. Each staff member also attends training on how to to protect personal information. If any personal information is collected, all data is stored in a secure location.
