What is a system warranty?

A system warranty refers to the installation of multiple roof components from the same manufacturer. Manufacturers offer extended warranties for using several components because they are specifically designed to work together and maximize the lifespan of any product when installed correctly.

What is a written warranty?

After a roof replacement, you should receive two warranties, one from the manufacturer and one from the contractor. The warranty from the manufacturer covers the materials used. The warranty from the contractor is for the installation of those materials.

Why does storm damage need to be addressed immediately?

Storm damage is almost always unexpected in the state of Florida and can leave your home uninhabitable. If your roof suffers damage, water can penetrate. Any water inside your home can ruin the floor, walls, furnishings, and other contents. Moisture wreaks havoc in a matter of hours in some cases.

Who needs to be available for an estimate?

All homeowners need to be present for an estimate appointment. We require this to make sure everyone is on the same page and all of your questions will be answered.

What are the appointments like?

Our sales rep will come onsite, discuss the project with the homeowner in greater detail, conduct a roof inspection, put together an estimate, and lastly, review the estimate with the homeowner.
