Can I buy the cabinets unassembled?

Yes! Our cabinets are RTA (ready to assemble) For your convenience we offer assembly and installation. Each service can be purchased separately or in a package.

How long does it take to get a design once I submit my design request?

Our goal is 5-7 business days from the time our designer has ALL the information required to start the project. Once a design is submitted, we will contact you and schedule an "in-house" appointment. At this time, you will be able to see your design in 3D, go over all cabinet and their functions, and consider all colors and styles of cabinets.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, before picking up your order it must be paid in full! Our showroom and cabinet warehouse are conveniently located 5 min apart. Stop by the showroom first to pay if there is a remaining balance and then head to the warehouse. You must bring a PAID IN FULL invoice to the warehouse to warrant pick up.

Do you provide the demolition service to prepare the kitchen before the installation?

We do not move appliances. NorthWest Granite cannot take the responsibility for moving appliances in the kitchen, from garages or storage buildings, for the disconnection of water, gas, or electrical lines. We may assist in these tasks during the removal of old tops, but with the understanding that the customer takes full responsibility for the appliances, flooring, cabinets, walls, mirrors, or anything related resulting from the moving, transportation, or removal of the appliance.

How long does it take to install new cabinets?

Cabinet Installation takes approximately 1-2 days depending on the size of the project. Our main goal is to create a beautiful space! Once cabinets are installed, the next day our templater will go in and take a laser measurement for your countertops. Please make sure the area where we will be working is clear and nothing is blocking the way for our installers.
