The 24 companies listed for Phoenix, AZ build pools rather than service them. Ask each one what it self-performs and what it subcontracts, because the excavation, the shell, the electrical work and the decking are often four different crews on the same job.

Area overview: Phoenix, AZ

All 24 companies we list here are in Phoenix itself. We have 30 companies in Phoenix on file; this page shows the highest-rated 24. The companies on this page are rated from 4.1 to 5.0 across 1,617 reviews; 11 have 50 or more reviews and 20 are rated 4.5 or higher. Domain records put 18 websites of the companies on this page at ten or more years old; the oldest dates from 1998. 2 offer emergency call-outs; 7 offer financing or payment plans; 6 give free estimates; 8 are family- or locally-owned and 2 list coupons or special offers. We count these figures across the companies on this page; hours and prices change, so confirm the details with the company before you book.

What can a builder's own website tell me?

All 24 listings here link to a website. Look for finished projects on sites like yours, the shell types they actually build, and whether crews are their own or subcontracted. Galleries are chosen by the company, so ask to see a pool they built several seasons ago rather than last month.

FAQs

How do I know if my pop up head/collar is broken?

You will see in the photo the white part(pop up head) is slightly broken on the bottom, and the cream part(part of the collar) is broken half way through. Pop up heads and collars can easily break during demo just from the vibrations of the jack hammers(typically if they are original to the pool and never been replaced).

How do I know if my pop up head needs replaced?

When you pull the pop up head out it may look like this or become broken simply by removing them(typically if they are original to the pool and have never been replaced).

I see this black bag/box in my yard, what is it?

During Interior the crew needs to get rid of the excess slurry and they do so by placing into a makeshift bag/box like this, they tape it closed and leave it on your property for 1-3 days to allow it to fully dry so it will be easier to remove from the property.

I see orange/brown spots in my pool, what are they?

These orange/brown spots are rust stains. They can be caused by metals coming into contact with the interior surface or caused by rebar trying to come through the interior surface from underneath.

My interior surface looks like it has scratch marks in it, what is it?

In this photo you see what appear to be scratch marks on the surface, this can be caused by a chemical imbalance or when copper makes its way into the pool.

You can find more info on the FAQ page of our website.
