Do you offer a service or sell products?

Both. We work with you to create a design that works for your space, utilizing thousands of products we can purchase direct from manufacturers. Many of those products are customizable and therefore we order the exact combination of features you want.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. We meet with clients by appointment only. Our work is project based. We're either meeting with a client, working on a client's design, or visiting a client at the project site. Although we may not be meeting with someone in person, if you walk-in, we are working hard to meet deadlines on designs like yours. When we take on new projects, they are added into the rotation of the designs we are already working on. After your initial meeting, we'll have a better sense of the scope of work and will be able to estimate when we can begin the design process on your project and have results for you. You may book your free, no-obligation appointment online by using any Appointment button on our site. You can select the day and time of your meeting from many available slots. How much are design services?

Our design service is completely free if you purchase your cabinetry from us. After our initial quote, we charge a design fee of between $250 - $500, if you would like us to continue to revise your design to perfection. The exact price depends on the complexity of the design. Your Designer will be able to give you the exact price once they understand the scope of the project. This design fee will cover all further design revisions, as well as a visit to your home to take detailed measurements of your space(s). When you purchase your cabinetry from us within 6 months of the date of your design fee payment, then we will credit the design fee amount to you by deducting it from the final balance you owe on your cabinetry. It's as simple as tha Our design service is completely free if you purchase your cabinetry from us.

What's the typical lead time for a project?

There is no longer a simple answer that satisfies this question. Lead times have been adversely affected by COVID-19. We will set expectations with you throughout the process on the current lead times for the products considered for your project. Unfortunately, those lead times can vary and change at any time. This is due to circumstances that are far beyond our control. Therefore, the best we can do is to promise that we will communicate all lead time information as quickly as possible. In return, we ask that you are patient, as we do our best to navigate this challenging time. Thank you.

What should I do to prepare for my kitchen installation?

It's helpful if you can set up a temporary "kitchen" to be able to accomplish some kitchen tasks. Stage small appliances in an area, like your coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and fridge. Planning ahead with the right attitude can make this time much more enjoyable. We recommend a mix of easily prepared/precooked meals, dinner at family and friends, and fun nights like pizza and game night.
