These projects can involve aspects of design, carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical and plumbing work. This position will help with project set up, demo work, rebuilding, finish work and project clean up. This position will be fast-paced and will require someone who possesses critical thinking and the ability to follow through on instruction with limited oversight.nQualifications:n• 1 year varied construction experience preferred but not required.n• Hard working and dependablen• Must be able to converse respectfully in customer homes.n• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.n• Clean driving record required.n• Must be within a 30 min drive to Madison.nnRemodeling Laborer/Lead nThis position works on large and small home remodeling projects. These projects can involve aspects of design, carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical and plumbing work. This position will work with the owner on project set up, demo work, rebuilding, finish work and project clean up. This position will require the right fit as it is the intention that this person will eventually be the lead on running projects.
