The inspection guidelines are outlined below: GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS • Restrict the number of personnel in the office of the home inspection business. Our staff is currently working from home. • Restrict the number of people at the property or house being inspected. • Everyone is required to vacate the property or residence being inspected. If someone feels compelled to be at the house, they should stay outside or in their vehicle. • The homeowner, seller, or occupants should leave the residence before the inspector arrives to inspect the house. • Real estate agents are being asked not to attend the inspection or wait outside until the inspection has been completed. These are some of the guidelines; we have implemented to keep our inspectors, clients, realtors and community safe throughout this pandemic.
