Why should I get an inspection when shopping for a house?

Your home will likely be the largest purchase of your life, with that being said, it is nearly common practice to hire a trained Home Inspector to thoroughly inspect all of the systems your home is equipped with and check the status on the overall condition of the property with our 500 point inspection. When should I expect my Inspection Report?

No later than 24 Hours after the inspection was performed! Most commonly, our inspectors publish our final report the day of the inspection, sometimes after hours.

How do you access a vacant house?

Our inspectors are required to pass the extensive vetting of the Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GA MLS) and become GAMLS Affiliates. This gives us trusted access to Supra Lock Boxes, which means no realtors are required to be at the home during the time of the inspection. This helps avoid schedule conflictions with realtors giving us access.
