FAQs

What do we charge?

We charge $125 per hour plus a $75 base price. For example, if a job takes 30 minutes, we will charge $75 + $125 / 2 = $137.50 plus any parts used. We do NOT have a one-hour minimum like some plumbers. $125/hr Plumber$80/hr Helper$75.00 Base Price$190.00/hr Overtime Rate for a Plumber$120.00/hr Overtime Rate for Helper$115.00 Overtime Base Price

What is a backflow preventer?

A testable back flow preventer is required on residential irrigation systems to prevent contaminants such as fertilizer from siphoning into the city water main if the city water pressure is interrupted. The city requires these devices to be tested periodically to verify that they function.

What is hydro-jetting?

Hydro-jetting is usually the best way to remove build-ups of grease, soap, sand, etc. from a sewer. A high-pressure hose propels itself through the sewer using jets of water from the nozzle. These jets of water help flush the debris out of your sewer.

What is video inspection?

Sometimes a drainpipe has a problem such as a hole or low spot that causes recurring stoppages. We insert a video camera into the drain to locate and diagnose the problem. This tool is very useful when the problem is under concrete.

5 Ways To Prevent A Flood In Your Home A flood incites panic in the hearts of homeowners. To avoid this stressful event, follow these 5 tips. 1. Clean Gutters And Downspouts: Keeping gutters clear of debris is not just a fall activity. Overflowing gutters can dump water into your basement and flood it. 2. Install A Sump Pump: Water-soaked lawns cannot absorb heavy rainfall, which oftentimes ends up seeping in through your foundation walls. A sump pump will help manage the excess water. 3. Clear Drains: Outdoor drains are designed to remove excess water but cannot do so if they are covered in debris. 4. Install A Backflow Valve: This will stop wastewater from reversing direction and reentering your home and flooding it. 5. Reduce Water Usage: Adding more water to your maxed-out drainage system may cause indoor flooding. We offer flood prevention in Santa Fe. Call to schedule an appointment today and prevent flooding in your home! #Flood Prevention...
