Do you work with insurance?

We work with ALL insurance companies. As an independent restoration company we focus on you, the customer, and always have your best interests in mind when working with your insurance company to get your water, fire. or mold damage covered.

How long does water damage restoration take?

The time that water damage repairs take to complete will depend on the time it takes for the material affected to dry up. A safe time to assume is 72 hours on an average basis for 1 room to be dried out and ready for reconstruction followed by 1-2 weeks for the actual water damage repairs.

What is the difference between mold removal and mold remediation?

The difference between mold removal and mold remediation is that mold removal is physically removing all mold spores while mold remediation focuses on returning mold levels to normal, natural levels. Mold remediation of a mold-infested property will return mold levels to an acceptable, natural level.

Will mold come back after remediation?

It is possible for mold to return after remediation, but only if you fail to find the source of moisture creating the mold problem. It is imperative that the source of water is fixed, whether that is a leaky window or a cracked pipe.
