FAQs

What is the difference between asphalting and seal coating?

Asphalting is putting a completely new base down giving you a new driveway or parking lot. This is the core to any driveway or parking lot. Sealcoating a parking lot or driveway putting a protective layer on top of the asphalt giving it a fresh rejuvenated look as well.

What kinds of projects do we do?

There is never a project too big or too small for Guarino Enterprises. From your most basic need of wanting a clean parking lot after a rough winter to a brand new project such as a new asphalt driveway or parking lot we take care of all of that and more. Should i have crack filling done on my parking lot or driveway?

If your parking lot or driveway has cracks yes they should be filled. Over time as the ground changes underneath of your asphalt this causes these cracks to become visible. Catching these cracks in the spring/summer can and getting them filled can help them from further expanding and later on causing larger more expensive repairs such as potholes or brand new asphalt overlays.
