Professional Damage Restoration Services in Edmond, OK

If the water is currently flowing, find the source and the flow and try to turn it off. If you are unsure how to do so, our technicians can help when they arrive. If you have standing water, it depends on the source of the water if you should attempt to do anything prior to our arrival. If it is flood water or septic water, leave it to us!

Once again, we will determine the source of the water and then adjust our plan accordingly. If your ceiling is just showing signs of water damage, the source may not be as evident as a rainstorm. You may have damage inside your roof or attic, and there may be damage to your insulation. Our technicians will evaluate the amount of moisture and then assess the damage to determine the best course of action.

Contingent upon the type of water that caused the damage, you may be back to normal in a day or two. Once the damage has been treated and materials have been replaced, your home or business may be looking better than ever! However, if the amount of water was significant, or was standing for a period of time, it will sometimes take weeks for the drywall, flooring, furniture and other items to dry out. Sometimes they might need to be disposed, and restoration and replacement will be necessary. If the water damage is caused by flood waters, sewer water, or has left mold and mildew, you may want to stay somewhere else for health reasons until it is cleaned up.

As the premier water damage restoration company in the OKC area, we deliver on our promises. We are locally owned and operated, and pride ourselves on our quick response time, efficient service and clean up, and excellent customer service.
