How do I select a custom homebuilder?
In selecting a homebuilder, certainly reputation is an important consideration. Having a strong reputation, a long career in home building with a local presence is important. Select a builder who makes you feel comfortable and one whom you feel you can trust.
Do you have a model home or showroom I can visit?
Since Corner Construction is custom builder, we do not have model homes for you see and we do not offer a showroom of products. However, we have a great office in St. Augustine you can drop by. If you would like to see some of the homes we have built in the past, just contact us and we would be happy to take you on a tour of one of our most recent builds. Most of our clients are now good friends and love showing off the home we built for them. If you really want a showroom experience we can recommend the showrooms of some of our suppliers. We have suppliers of lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures and more.
How do I get financing to build a custom home?
The best way is to get a construction loan from a financial institution. We are happy to recommend one of our preferred lenders who we have worked with in the past.
