Residential reroofs take us anywhere from 1-5 days, but typically closer to 3 on average. Determining factors include the size/pitch/complexity of the roof, known repairs needed, how many layers we have to tear off first (tile takes a bit longer), access to the roof, whether we are doing additional accessories such as gutters, skylights, blown-in insulation, etc. Our Foreman looks at the file and gives an approximation of how long will be needed and whether it will require both crews or one, and this is factored in when the Office Manager does the job scheduling. Unfortunately, not all needed repairs are evident until we tear off all the roofing materials, so this is when a job can end up taking a bit longer than estimated. Even then, we rarely have an average sized residential job that takes longer than a week.

We do not require any down payment or progress payments, but we do ask that you pay in full on completion. For commercial projects, we require 50% upon material delivery, and balance paid upon completion. We accept checks/money orders, Visa, Mastercard or Discover, or any combination thereof.
